Devin Booker and the Suns are Rolling

It’s no secret that the Suns are hot right now, being the only team left in the bubble to remain undefeated. With their 6-0 record, they push to get into the 8/9 spot in the West to have a chance to get a place in the NBA playoffs. Originally 6 games behind the Grizzlies for the 8th seed, after their great performance in the bubble they find themselves only 1/2 game behind the Trail Blazers in the 9th seed and 1 game behind the Grizzlies in the 8th seed. With two games left on their schedule, it is very possible for the Suns to surpass at least one of these two teams and get one step closer to the playoffs.

Through all Six of their games so far, one name has been heard repeatedly through it all. Devin Booker. He has made a show every night he’s been on the court, with stat lines and highlights that easily show off his skill and determination to get his team in a position they want to be in.     • Booker: 35 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists

To go along with these numbers he’s averaging 32.8 minutes per game and has a 96% Free Throw percentage, going 48/50 from the line through the six games.

Today the Suns will face off against the 76ers, a team that will surely give them quite the test to see just how badly they want into the playoff contention. A win would be a huge step towards claiming the 8/9 seed, all they could ask for after that would be a loss from the Trail Blazers and/or the Grizzlies.
